3:19 a.m. today — Linda C. Perry, 49, of Butler was charged with simple assault after she allegedly returned to her home intoxicated and assaulted her son, Clint Harper of Butler, at their home along Pepperland Boulevard. Harper suffered minor injuries.10:30 a.m. Dec. 5 — Jeremy W. Green, 35, of Butler was charged with DUI, DUI high rate of alcohol and accidents involving damage to unattended property after the truck he was driving allegedly struck a utility pole and a street sign near Donut Connection on Center Avenue. Although he initially denied the collisions, a police report states Green later admitted to striking the pole and the sign in a phone message left for police.

2:03 a.m. Monday — A vehicle driven by James Kane Jr., 21, of Butler crashed into an embankment along Decatur Road near Butler County Community College. Kane and his two passengers were not injured, and Kane was cited for reckless driving.11 p.m. Saturday — Elizabeth M. Graham, 65, of Butler was charged with DUI following a single-vehicle crash on Ferguson Avenue.8:57 p.m. Saturday — Anthony J. Talotta, 27, of Morgan, Pa., was charged with forgery, identity theft and several narcotics charges after he allegedly tried to obtain prescription pills using a forged prescription at a local pharmacy.1:46 a.m. Saturday — Trevor Green, 21, of Butler was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after he was arrested on an existing warrant from the Butler County Sheriff's Office.

7:23 p.m. Saturday — A truck driven by Chase Badger, no age given, of Grove City, and vehicles driven by Christina Beedy, 26, of Harrisville and Scott Lehner, 46, of Moon Township, Allegheny County, collided on West Main Street near Howe's Coffee. No injuries were reported.7:10 p.m. Saturday — Vehicles driven by Thomas Owens, 20, of Grove City and Nicholas Schneider, 29, of Grove City collided at the intersection of West Main and Oak streets. Amanda Schubert, 25, of Grove City, a passenger in Schubert's vehicle, was taken by ambulance to Grove City Medical Center with unknown injuries.7:06 p.m. Saturday — A vehicle driven by Penny L. Flowers, no age given, of Grove City crashed into a street sign at the intersection of East Main Street and Campbell Drive.4:10 p.m. Saturday — Cars driven by Mildred Johnson, 74, of Grove City and Kyle Strunk, 29, of Harrisville collided at the intersection of East Poplar Street and Greenwood Drive. Johnson, who suffered a minor injury and was treated at the scene, was cited for a stop sign violation.

2:59 p.m. Monday — A pickup truck driven by Dennis L. Claypoole, 52, of Slippery Rock crashed into a utility pole and overturned on Route 308 in Cherry Township. Claypoole and his passenger, John C. Dunkle, 45, of Butler were not injured. Claypoole was cited for careless driving.8:55 p.m. Dec. 12 — A car driven by Michelina A. Pollini, 24, of Sewickley crashed into a guard rail along Interstate 79 near Ehrman Road in Jackson Township. Pollini was not injured and was cited for violating a traffic law involving driving on roads laned for traffic.
