Bob and Eileen Peters

Bob and Eileen Peters of Cabot celebrated 50 years of marriage with a family dinner Dec. 4 at the J-Barn Country Inn in Sarver.

Peters married the former Eileen Janura Dec. 1, 1961, at the Evangelical United Brethren Church in Rockwood.

They have three children, Robert Peters Jr. of Cabot, Lisa Simpson of Corsica and Shawn Peters of Cabot.

They also have six grandchildren.

Peters is retired from Allegheny Valley Hospital where he worked in HVAC maintenance.

Mrs. Peters is a retired teller from Sky Bank.
