1:07 a.m. Tuesday — Stephanie L. Wells, 45, of Butler Township was arrested for drunken driving following a hit-and-in crash on South Monroe Street.Police said Wells drove off after her car struck a Brady Township man's car parked in the 400 block of South Monroe Street. The owner of the other vehicle provided police with the license plate number of the suspect's car.Butler Township police were notified and found Wells and her car at her home. A breath test later showed her blood-alcohol level was 0.189 percent, according to a police report, or more than double the 0.08 percent level considered intoxicated under state law.Butler police charged Wells with driving under the influence and hit-and-run.

Nov. 24 — A wallet was found on Grace Street. The owner can claim it by calling police at 724-458-7925.Nov. 12 — Police charged a 17-year-old boy with possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after he was reported on the Grove City College campus without permission to be there. Police did not identify the boy.

3:18 p.m. Wednesday — A pickup truck driven by Ryan J. Guiste, 22, of Butler hit a deer on Route 173 in Brady Township.2:30 p.m. Wednesday — A car driven by Keith A. Young, 47, of Cabot struck a utility pole along Bear Creek Road just south of Winfield Road in Winfield Township. Young was cited for careless driving.Wednesday — Someone stole five tires with rims from the Meridian Off Road Center in Franklin Township. The theft happened between Friday and Wednesday. The stolen property is worth $2,750.10:25 a.m. Tuesday — Wendy K. Safranek, 36, of Butler was hurt when the vehicle she was driving went over an embankment and overturned on Mercer Road just north of East Brewster Road in Center Township.Safranek, who was wearing a seat belt, was injured. She was cited for driving too fast for conditions, police said.
