Butler Police1:48 a.m. Saturday — Alex A. Solo, 24, of Butler was charged with resisting arrest, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct following and alleged fight outside the Island Bar.

Butler Twp Police4:50 p.m. Thursday — Angela Suttie, 28, of Butler was charged with theft by unlawful taking in connection with a wallet stolen at Butler Cleaners on March 4. Police responded to a separate call at Whitestown Village when one of the officers identified Suttie as the offender who was in security camera footage from the cleaner theft.6:15 p.m. Wednesday — Two 12-year-olds from Butler were charged with use of an air rifle after they allegedly were caught shooting at a motorcyclist on a township road.7:49 p.m. Tuesday — Tyler Evans, 26, of Butler and Kelly Bandura, 21, of Butler each were charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after police responded to a call of an overdose at the Super 8 Motel.

State Police, Butler9:25 p.m. Thursday — An SUV driven by Diane L. Miller, 55, of Columbiana, Ohio, was struck by a hit-and-run vehicle while traveling on Route 68 near Brandy Wine Boulevard in Connoquenessing Township, damaging its driver’s side mirror.1:10 p.m. Thursday — Ryan Haynes, 24, of Saxonburg was charged with DUI after the SUV he was driving crashed into an embankment along Saxonburg Road in Jefferson Township. Haynes was taken by ambulance to Butler Memorial Hospital with unknown injuries.1:17 p.m. Sept. 19 — A pickup truck driven by Dennis Patterson, 53, of Cabot and an SUV driven by Nicholas J. Schnur, 25, of Fenelton collided on Jones Road near Route 173 in Jefferson Township.

Saxonburg Police11:42 a.m. Wednesday — James R. Zimmerman, 32, of Evans City was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on Main Street.

State Police, Mercer8:21 p.m. Aug. 8 — June Dearmitt, 64, of Mount Union, Pa., was charged with theft by deception and bad checks after she allegedly stopped payment on a check of $336.23 used to pay for groceries at the County Market in Grove City.
