9:16 p.m. Friday — Tyler A. Irvine, 27, of Butler was charged with burglary and theft by unlawful taking after he allegedly stole a 32-inch TV from an apartment on West Quarry Street.11:22 a.m. Friday — Mary S. Fotta, 34, no known address, Daniel E. Larry, 29, of Butler and Tammy L. McVey, 28, of Butler each were charged with retail theft after they allegedly worked together to steal about $60 worth of merchandise from Family Dollar and Kmart.8 a.m. Friday — Several city residences had items stolen off their front porches between 8 p.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday. Stolen from the North Washington Street residence of Patricia Kriley were five decorative pumpkins valued at $125, two fake trees valued at $100 and an iron umbrella holder valued at $250; stolen from the North Bluff Street residence of Rhejean Roxberry were a decorative angel plaque valued at $30 and a pair of stone angels valued at $50; stolen from the East Pearl Street residence of Cindy Sabish were a metal basket valued at $20, two wicker baskets valued at $40 and a yard light valued at $20. Anyone with information can call police at 724-287-7743.3:52 a.m. Sept. 14 — Jonathan M. Fusaro Podobensky, 19, of Butler and Mathew J. Keller, 18, of Butler each were charged with possession of liquor, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness after police responded to reports of a fight at a Miller Avenue apartment. The apartment's tenant, Carrie J. Cubbage, 25, was cited for a disorderly house after neighbors complained that she had numerous guests in her home and several small children still awake making noise.Sept. 11 — A vehicle driven by John Vissari of Butler and a green Dodge Durango driven by an unidentified black woman collided at the intersection of West Campbell and South Jackson streets. The driver of the Durango was later discovered to have provided a false name and false insurance information. Anyone with information can call police at 724-287-7743.

Sept. 18 — Ryan Mikulin, 36, of Harrisville was charged with accidents involving damage to an attended vehicle and required financial responsibility after the car he was allegedly driving struck another vehicle at the corner of West Main Street and Elm Street and then left the scene.

5:55 a.m. Friday — A car driven by Nitish R. Reddyvari, 23, of Erie and a pickup truck driven by Donald L. Pfaff, 43, of Worthington collided at the intersection of Route 8 and Dinnerbell Road in Penn Township. Reddyvari suffered a minor knee injury and was cited for failure to obey traffic signals.March — A 380 Cobra semi-automatic handgun valued at $140 belonging to Kathleen A. Graff of Emlenton was stolen from her Oneida Valley Road home in Allegheny Township between December and March. Anyone with information can call police at 724-284-8100.

4:13 p.m. Tuesday — A tractor trailer driven by James J. Boldy of Cabot crashed into a utility pole along Route 258 north near Courtney Mill Road in Liberty Township. Police are searching for another, southbound vehicle which may have crossed into Boldy’s lane of travel. Anyone with information can call police at 724-662-6162.
