The Garbers in 1951

Angela and Harry Garber of Butler celebrated 60 years of marriage on Aug. 18 with a family and friends dinner.

The Garbers were married on Aug. 18, 1951, at St. Paul’s Catholic Church in Butler.

They have five children, Chris Garber of Pittsburgh, Barry Garber of Va., Brian Garber of Calif., Tim Garber of Pittsburgh and Mary Grunder of Calif.

They also have six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Garber is retired from Armco, while Mrs. Garber is retired from Butler Memorial Hospital.

The Garbers are members of St. Paul’s Catholic Church in Butler.
