Pistorius 80th birthday
Zetta Pistorius of Butler commemorated her 80th birthday with a family celebration July 10 at Shakespeare’s Restaurant.
The former Zetta Williams was born July 14, 1931, in Craigsville.
She married Benedict Thoma on June 7, 1950. She married Charles Pistorius on Oct. 14, 1977. Both are deceased.
She has five children, Peggy Sherman of Butler, Nancy Graham of Fenelton, Patty Smith of Butler, Barb Rodgers of West Sunbury and Donna Fallecker of Chicora. Another child, Sandy Thoma, is deceased.
She also has nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Pistorius is a homemaker. She takes great pride and enjoyment in tending to her home and yard.
She enjoys the women’s craft group at her church as well as crocheting, sewing, baking and spending time with her family.
She belongs to Worthington Evangelical Lutheran Church.
