Stevens 60th anniversary
Calvin and Donna Stevens of Karns City celebrated 60 years of marriage with a family picnic July 3 at the home of their daughter in Butler.
The couple also enjoyed a luncheon July 7 at St. Jude's Golf Club, formerly the Ridgeview Country Club. The club was the place of their wedding reception in 1951 and their 50th anniversary party.
Stevens married the former Donna Foss on July 7, 1951, at First United Methodist Church in Karns City.
They have two children, Elizabeth Stevens and Debra Pincek, both of Butler.
They have one grandson.
Stevens is a retired teacher and guidance counselor. He is retired from the Karns City School District. He is a World War II veteran of the U.S. Army.Mrs. Stevens is a homemaker.The Stevenses belong to First United Methodist Church in Karns City.
