ALTOONA — Clearview Capital has bought Pyramid Healthcare, owner of treatment centers in the state for drug/alcohol and mental health treatment for adults and adolescents.

The Altoona-based Pyramid owned the Butler methadone clinic in Pullman Business Center.

Clearview Capital is a Connecticut-based private company that has bought diverse businesses including Senior Care Centers of America, the nation’s second-largest adult day care business based in Trevose.

Pyramid has more than 574 employees in Pennsylvania.
