W.K. Thomas & Associates of Butler and the Uhl Construction of Allison Park were named among the country’s top 100 metal builders of 2010 by one of the metal building industry’s publications

Metal Construction News, a trade publication, announced its annual list in its May edition. The magazine publishes an annual list of companies that sell the highest steel tonnage and the largest square footage of construction during the previous calendar year.

W.K. Thomas was ranked 86th with 274 tons of steel used, and Uhl Construction was 94th with 216 tons of steel used.
