Knochel

Marlene J. Knochel, 76, of Saxonburg, formerly of Allison Park, passed away Thursday at UPMC Passavant.

Born Jan. 25, 1935, in Allison Park, she was the daughter of Jessie H. and Pearl C. Trushel Chatham.

She worked as a housekeeper for St. Margaret Hospital.

She was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Allison Park and was a lifetime member of the VFW Auxiliary in Shaler Township.

Surviving are her children, LouAnn J. McNally of Keating Summit, Potter County, Bob (MaryJo) Knochel of Valencia and Tom (Lori) Knochel of Freedom; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Knochel, in 1973; her parents; her siblings; and two sons, Andy Knochel and Mike Knochel

<B>KNOCHEL</B> — Friends of Marlene J. Knochel, who died Thursday, May 19, 2011, will be received Sunday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at <B>Fox Funeral Home</B>, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg. Services will be Monday at 10:30 a.m. at the Calvary Baptist Church, Pioneer Road, Allison Park, with the Rev. Barry J. Murray officiating.
