1:48 p.m. Monday — Craig S. Ison Jr., 29, no known address, was arrested on a fugitive warrant out of Ohio. He was arraigned on a fugitive from justice charge, and placed in the Butler County Prison on $10,000 bail. He is awaiting extradition to Ohio.1:41 p.m. Friday — A car driven by Meghan Smith, 17, of Valencia struck the rear of another car on Main Street. Monica Sertik, 39, of Chicora was the other driver.

2:03 p.m. Saturday — Marissa Watson, 22, of Lyndora faces criminal charges after she took a wallet that the owner left behind on a counter at the Sheetz store on Evans City Road. Watson is charged with theft of mislaid property and receiving stolen property.3:26 a.m. Saturday — Brian Grystar, 35, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Meridian Road. Police also cited Grystar for driving at an unsafe speed.

Thursday — An unknown thief overnight broke into an unlocked car at a home in the 500 block of Superior Street. An undetermined amount of loose change and an iPod car charger were taken.Thursday — Two vehicles overnight were broken into at the same house in the 600 block of South Center Street. A small amount of loose change was all that was taken from the cars.

12:07 a.m. Thursday — Ethan Cadamore, 18, of Freeport was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on West Main Street.8:53 p.m. Wednesday — Henry Cypher, 20, and Andrew Steinhiser, 20, both of Cabot were charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on Dinnerbell Road.9:38 p.m. June 13 — Samuel Orbin, 21, of Sarver faces drug-related charges after he was caught allegedly rolling a suspected marijuana cigar on Horne Avenue. At the time, police said, Orbin was with two girls, ages 14 and 15.Police also found Orbin with suspected marijuana and 73 clonazem pills.He is charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and corruption of minors.8:50 p.m. June 13 — Carey Johns, 33, of Bruin was charged with stalking, harassment and disorderly conduct after allegedly following his girlfriend, 28-year-old Johanna Porter, from Butler to a parking lot in Jefferson Township.After an argument, Johns followed Porter to Friedman's Supermarket in Saxonburg and punched the hood of her vehicle several times, police said. Johns has a prior stalking charge with the same victim, police noted.June 9 — Linette Bienhardt of Saxonburg reported she was the victim of an Internet scam through a website. A person calling herself Shannon Boksburg sent Bienhardt a $2,985 check to cash and wire the money through Western Union.Bienhardt was notified that the check bounced. Police found an individual picked up the money transfer in Alabama.

1:55 p.m. Saturday — A Karns City couple were hurt when their minivan and a pickup truck collided at Portersfield Hill Road and Route 268 in Sugarcreek Township. Larry J. Schnell, 64, the van driver, and his passenger, Judith Schnell, 61, were taken to Butler Memorial Hospital with minor injuries. Raymond S. Baker, 32, of Brunswick, Ga., was driving the pickup. All three occupants were wearing seat belts.
