Sharon and Boyd Brewer

Boyd and Sharon Brewer of Penn Township celebrated 50 years of marriage with a family dinner at the Hotel Saxonburg.

Brewer married the former Sharon Callihan on June 6, 1961, at Homestead Avenue United Methodist Church in Johnstown.

They have three children, David Brewer of Canfield, Ohio, Nancy Perhach of Pittsburgh and Shauna Campbell of Butler.

They also have three grandchildren.

Mr. and Mrs. Brewer both are retired from Butler County Community College.

They belong to Christ Community United Methodist Church in Butler Township.
