11:43 a.m. Sunday — Desmond Best and Christina Sheirer reported their apartment at 238 W. Cunningham St. was burglarized over the weekend. They reported the theft of $307 in cash from a lockbox and six strips of Suboxone tablets. Police report there were no signs of forced entry, but the couple stated a window had been left unlocked and the residence was ransacked.11:30 p.m. Saturday — Police are searching for a Parker man accused of attacking his girlfriend at her Butler residence. William George Miller, 25, who fled the scene on foot, was charged with simple assault after allegedly choking Amanda Marie Lillibridge, 24, during an argument at 20 South St. Police report Lillibridge bit Miller in the chest to get him to release her, but he then punched her in the back of the head. Her cries for help alerted the neighbors.
12:10 a.m. Sunday — A minivan driven by Ronald Bourret, 43, of Hilton, N.Y., hit a deer on Interstate 79 in Cranberry Township. No injuries were reported.Sunday — John King reported the theft of 50 pounds of copper wire, worth $150, from his shed at 209 Zion Church Road in Concord Township between April 1 and June 12.2:32 p.m. Saturday — An SUV driven by Ryan Murphy, 29, of Mars struck three parked vehicles on the corner of the Elite Automotive used car lot on Route 68 in Forward Township. Murphy received minor injuries. He was cited for not driving at a safe speed.8:15 p.m. Friday — Stephen M. Netz, 23, of Butler was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a small amount of marijuana following a traffic stop on Main Street in Butler.12:05 a.m. Friday — Michelle L. Miller, 39, of West Sunbury was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence following a traffic stop on South Cedar Street in Butler.2:20 a.m. Thursday — Donald Powell of Butler reported seven outside lights at his Cornell Drive residence were broken and his wooden deck and lawn chair were damaged by an unknown liquid.10:40 p.m. June 4 — Kurt Solano, 46, of Saxonburg was charged with driving under the influence following a traffic stop on Route 422 in Summit Township.
Friday — Gary Wray of Harrisville reported the electrical pigtail wire and propane hose on his camper were cut while the vehicle was parked at Liberty Storage in Liberty Township between 8 p.m. May 30 and 6 p.m. June 10.
