Rex Energy seeks new president
STATE COLLEGE — Rex Energy Corp., which has an office in Butler, has announced that Lance Shaner, chairman of the board, has been appointed interim president and chief executive officer to replace Dan Churay, who is leaving the company.
The board has started a search for a new CEO.
The company is drilling Marcellus Shale natural gas wells in the county and elsewhere in Pennsylvania.
