State Police, Mercer7 a.m. Friday — A car driven by Laura J. Peters, 29, of Mercer and a tractor-trailer driven by Jay S. Gray, 49, of Slippery Rock collided on Interstate 79 in Findley Township. No injuries were reported.3:02 p.m. Thursday — A car driven by Alysa F. Estes, 19, of Grove City and a car driven by an individual not named by police collided on Route 208 in Pine Township. No injuries were reported and Estes was cited for careless driving.9 a.m. Monday — Someone stole a 2006 Quality trailer belonging to Shield Asphalt Paving of Valencia while it was parked at Hovis Auto and Truck Distribution Center in Springfield Township between 6 p.m. May 7 and 9 a.m. Monday. Anyone with information should call police at 724-662-6162.

State Police, New Castle6:30 a.m. Thursday — Jason Stewart, 37, of Ellwood City was charged with criminal trespass and criminal mischief after he allegedly broke into the County Line Road residence of David Sanderson in New Castle, intending to harass or threaten Sanderson.
