MARION TWP — St. Alphonsus Parish, 2709 W. Sunbury Road, will host a flea market from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. May 13 and 14 in Murrin Hall. Homemade soup and books about Northern Butler County will be on sale in addition to furniture, household items, clothing and a bake sale. Lunch will be available.

The 19th annual National Association of Letter Carriers food drive will be held May 14.The food will be picked up by letter carriers, sorted at the post office, then delivered to a food bank or pantry.Donations can be placed near mailboxes or parked U.S. Postal Service vehicle or taken to the Butler Post Office, 345 S. Main St., until 4 p.m.

Butler Memorial Hospital, 911 E. Brady St., will host the program Look Good ... Feel Better from 2 to 4 p.m. May 15. The program is designed to help women overcome the appearance-related side effects of cancer treatment. Classes are taught by licensed beauty professionals and are open to all women undergoing cancer treatment.Classes are free, but registration is required by calling 800-227-2345.

WEST SUNBURY —The Moniteau Mini Relay for Life will be held from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. May 14 at the track of Moniteau High School, 1810 W. Those in sixth grade or younger must be accompanied by an adult. All proceeds benefit the American Cancer Society in memory of Kim McNeish.

PERRY TWP, Clarion County — The Parker High School alumni banquet will be held May 28 at the Perry Township Fire Hall in West Freedom. Registration begins at 5:30 p.m. with dinner served at 6 p.m. Cost is $10 per person. Reservations are due May 23 by calling Gerre Slaughenhoupt at 724-399-2001. Checks are payable to Parker High School Reunion and can be mailed to Slaughenhoupt at 197 Sportsman Road, Parker, PA 16049.
