CRANBERRY TWP — The Westinghouse Electric Co. has named Bruce Bevilacqua as vice president, Americas.
He will be responsible for project delivery, customer relationships and business development for all product lines of AEP, Dominion, Exelon, PPL Susquehanna LLC, PSEG and Xcel Energy.
Bevilacqua had been vice president, New Plants Engineering, where he led the design efforts in support of the AP1000® technology. Before that, he was president, WesDyne, and held multiple leadership roles in Westinghouse.
He will be in the Cranberry headquarters.
INDIANA — S&T Bancorp Inc. has named Deborah Hopper the manager of the branch on New Castle Road in Butler Township.Hopper began her career at S&T Bank as a certified teller in 2003.She has a bachelor's degree in finance from Indiana (Pa.) University.

BUTLER TWP — Amanda Wilczynski, 22, of Gibsonia has accepted the position of public affairs officer for VA Butler Healthcare.She joined the staff as a writer and editor in January and then took over the public affairs officer position vacated by Dave Virag, who retired March 31.Wilczynski is a graduate of Deer Lakes High School and Carnegie Mellon University, where she earned bachelor's and master's degrees in professional writing.
GIBSONIA — Steve Glenn of Gibsonia has been promoted to director of maintenance for The Arbors and Valencia Woods at St. Barnabas.Glenn joined St. Barnabas in 1990 and became assistant maintenance supervisor in 1995.He has been maintenance supervisor for Valencia Woods since 2005. That year he also was named the Hoppy Award winner, St. Barnabas' equivalent to employee of the year.
