12:30 a.m. Saturday — Richard L. Kummer III, 41, of Butler was charged with DUI, DUI high rate of alcohol, following too closely and driving without a license following a traffic stop on East Christie Avenue.8:18 p.m. Friday — Erin P. Krulicki, 36, of Butler was charged with simple assault after she allegedly repeatedly punched her mother at the woman's apartment on Amy Avenue. Destiny C. Lindsay, 19, of Worthington, who was at the apartment at the time, was cited for consumption of alcohol by an underage individual.4:14 p.m. Friday — Taylor Norris, 19, no known address, was charged with theft by unlawful taking after he allegedly stole $1,050 worth of jewelry belonging to his sister, Tricia James, from her Butler home between March 17 and Thursday. Norris allegedly admitted to police he had stolen the jewelry and sold it for $50.2:55 p.m. Friday — Matthew Carothers, 29, no known address, was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after police responded to a report of a person attempting to open car doors along Carbon Street.10:12 a.m. March 13 — Laura Calderone, 28, of Clintonville was charged with false ID to law enforcement, DUI, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and careless driving following a traffic stop on North Washington Street.

8:30 p.m. Thursday — Township police cited a 16-year-old girl for retail theft after she allegedly left Dollar General at Greater Butler Mart without paying for items.6:50 p.m. Thursday — A pickup truck driven by Jeffrey Lutz, 46, of Butler and a Hummer driven by Jeffrey Harlan, 30, of Butler collided on the north bound exit ramp taking Route 422 onto Route 8. Harlan and his passenger Theresa Ivancik, 27, of Butler, each suffered minor injuries.8:21 p.m. Tuesday — Stephen Matoka, 43, of Butler was arrested under suspicion of DUI following a traffic stop on Crisswell Road.6:52 p.m. March 10 — Jeanne Desmond, 61, of Renfrew was charged with DUI and several traffic violations after the car she was driving got stuck in a yard along Meridian Road.
