MUDDY CREEK TWP— A Lawrence County man faces a hearing next week on charges he took nude photos of a young girl and showed her pornographic movies several years ago.

State police Tuesday arrested Chad Anthony Youkers, 36, on five counts each of child endangerment and corruption of minors, and four counts of furnishing alcohol to minors. He is free on $10,000 bail.

Police began investigating the case earlier this month after the alleged victim, now 15 years old, and her mother showed up at the Butler barracks and made the allegations.

The girl said she was between 7 and 10 years old when Youkers showed her dirty movies and shot photos of her while she was naked, according to court documents.

Police suspect the alleged incidents happened between 2003 and 2005 in a mobile home in Muddy Creek Township, where the defendant was living at the time.

The girl said the defendant more recently had provided alcohol to her and a boy three or four different times.

A preliminary hearing for Youkers is set for 1 p.m. March 30 at the office of District Judge Tim Shaffer in Slippery Rock,

The Butler Eagle could not reach the defendant for comment.
