POLICE REPORT

Sunday — Ryan Bickford, 23, of Butler was charged with access device fraud, theft and receiving stolen property for stealing a credit card from Lyndora and using it at the Butler Get Go.

1:20 a.m. March 8 — Mary Bartman, 25, of Butler was arrested for DUI after being pulled over for a moving violation on Route 8 in Clay Township.7-9 p.m. March 5 — An unknown person took a motor vehicle in Clearfield Township without asking for the owner's permission. It was later recovered when it was involved in a hit and run crash on Butternut Road in Fairview Township. Anyone with information should contact State Police in Butler at 724-284-8100.2:50 p.m. Sunday — Stanley E. Fair, 36, of Butler failed to negotiate a left curve on Route 308 in Center Township and traveled down an embankment, struck a tree and rolled end over end, ending up in a small creek. He fled the scene and was later located. Police said he faces citations of operating a vehicle while licenses are suspended and hit and run.2:41 p.m. Saturday — A crash involving two people occurred when the driver lost control of the car while traveling north on Keasey Road in Winfield Township. The vehicle rolled on its hood and back on its wheels, disabling the vehicle. Both occupants received minor injuries.10:16 p.m. March 8 — Steven Kowalik, 22, of Butler received minor injuries when his car hit the trailer of a tractor-trailer rig on Route 422 at South Clearfield Road in Clearfield Township.Todd E. Schroeder, 29, of Wellesley, Canada, while backing up the rig, allowed the trailer to travel into the left westbound lane.Kowalik's Honda Civic, traveling westbound, struck one of the trailer's wheels.

4:20 p.m. Friday — Dylan S. Tack, 19, of Chicora was cited for driving too fast for conditions after going off the road and hitting a tree while attempting to negotiate a right-hand curve on Bear Street in East Franklin Township, Armstrong County. Neither the driver nor the passenger was injured.

7:30 p.m. Saturday — Kitrell Dennison, 21, 631 S. Center St. was charge with theft and possession of a prescription not registered to him for allegedly stealing 98 Clonazepam tablets from his mother, Annette Dennison, 44, of the same address.Saturday — Helen Hannay of Mercer reported that her vehicle was hit by a silver Dodge or Plymouth Neon at the BP gas station in Grove City before the driver sped away.Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the Grove City Police Department.March 8 — Marc Phillip Dorn, 49, of 421 College Ave. was arrested and charged with DUI and trespass by motor vehicle following a complaint that he had been driving through various yards in the area of College Avenue and Jackson Street.Saturday — A 16-year-old male was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following an investigation of an incident at Grove City Area High School on Feb. 2.
