6:55 a.m. Thursday — A car driven by Amber L. Haburjack, 18, of Evans City crashed into a utility pole along Geibel Road in Summit Township. Haburjack suffered major injuries and was taken by medical helicopter to Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh.1:14 a.m. Feb. 21 — David L. Strawbridge, 39, of Butler was arrested under suspicion of DUI following a one-vehicle crash on Branchton Road in Slippery Rock Township.

4:15 p.m. Friday — An SUV driven by Rebecca M. Hooker, 40, of Jackson Center and a vehicle driven by Rock A. Richardson, 51, of Grove City collided on Route 173 in Wolf Creek Township. Richardson suffered a minor injury and Hooker was cited for following too closely.Feb. 20 — Someone used a debit card belonging to Fred Persinger of Jackson Center to make three unauthorized purchases at Walmart stores in Grove City and Greenville.4:45 p.m. Jan. 24 — Patricia Kay Lyons, 47, of Jackson Center was charged with receiving stolen property, falsification to authorities, false reports to law enforcement, hindering prosecution and conspiracy to commit retail theft after she and Kimmy Ray Lyons, 44, of Jackson Center allegedly stole $106 worth of merchandise from Trader Horn in Grove City. Kimmy Ray Lyons was charged with retail theft.
