L. James and Juliana 'Judy' Kradel

L. James and Juliana “Judy” Kradel of Franklin Township will celebrate 50 years of marriage with a family dinner.

Kradel married the former Juliana Koch on Feb. 28, 1961, St. Peter Roman Catholic Church in Butler.

They have four children, Tammy Gray of Cranberry Township, Laurie Charmo of Hamilton, Va., James Kradel of Imperial and Mark Kradel of Butler.

They also have nine grandchildren.

Kradel is retired after 35 years from the steel roll grinding department at Armco Steel.

Mrs. Kradel is retired from Boscov’s Department Store.

The Kradels enjoy spending time with their grandchildren and traveling to the ocean and their camp at Cook’s Forest.

They attend St. Andrew Roman Catholic Church.
