The McDevitts in 1951

Paul and Norma McDevitt of Karns City will celebrate 60 years of marriage with a family dinner in June in Wilmington, N.C.

McDevitt married the former Norma Lanterman on Feb. 8, 1951, at St. Paul's Church in Chicora.

They have five children, Paula Corbett of Port St. Lucie, Fla., Denny McDevitt of Charleston, Ill., Guy McDevitt of Karns City, Laurie Leighton of Lelaud, N.C., and Rich McDevitt of Karns City.

They also have seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Mr. and Mrs. McDevitt are both retired from the United States Postal Service.
