7:45 p.m. Thursday — A car driven by Amanda M. Smith, 26, of Evans City struck a tree along Upper Harmony Road near Route 528 in Connoquenessing Township.6 a.m. Tuesday — A car driven by Daniel A. Stevenson, 41, of Prospect slid on the snow and collided with a truck tractor driven by Kenneth A. Dunlap, 26, of Franklin, Venango County, on Interstate 79 in Muddy Creek Township.

6:14 p.m. Thursday — Donna J. Bash, 66, of Templeton was hurt when she lost control of her minivan and collided with a pickup truck on Route 422 in Kittanning Township. Bash, who was taken to ACMH in Kittanning with minor injuries, was cited for a lane violation. Jared M. Shoop, 29, of Ford City was driving the pickup.

Friday — Police reported that a 22-year-old man is suspected of tattooing two girls — an 11-year-old from Parker and a 13-year-old from Rimersburg — at a home in Rimersburg last month. Charges are pending against the suspect, who police did not identify.Under Pennsylvania law, an individual who tattoos someone under 18 years old without the consent of the parents or legal guardian is guilty of a misdemeanor12:35 a.m. Thursday — A pickup truck driven by Brent R. McAnna, 44, of Rimersburg struck a tree along Route 58 near Bell Road in Licking Township. McAnna, who is accused of fleeing the scene, was cited for failing to immediately notify police of an accident and driving at an unsafe speed.

11:35 a.m. Friday — A car driven by Robert Patterson Jr., 27, of Grove City struck the rear of a sport utility vehicle on Route 8 in Barkeyville. Jordan Foster, 18, of Utica, who was driving the SUV, was taken to the Grove City Medical Center with minor injuries. Patterson was cited for an unspecified traffic violation.

1:22 p.m. Jan. 29 — Molly Zahniser, 18, of Butler was hurt when the sport utility vehicle she was driving swerved into a ditch and struck several rocks and a culvert, then traveled up over a driveway before going back across the road, hitting an embankment and rolling onto its roof on Old Mercer Road near Milburn Road in Springfield Township.Zahniser, who was wearing a seat belt, suffered unknown injuries.
