10:23 a.m. Sunday — Shelley Courtney, 32, of Butler Township was hurt when a pickup truck she was riding in struck a cement curb at Roosevelt Boulevard and Holcomb Avenue. Nathan Courtney, 27, of Butler Township was driving the pickup that slid off the ice-covered road. Shelley Courtney, who was wearing a seat belt, suffered an unknown injury.Sunday — Jonathan P. Twiss, 34, was arrested after he allegedly assaulted his girlfriend, 26-year-old Amy Buzzard, during a domestic dispute at the couple's Spang Avenue apartment Saturday night. Twiss was arraigned on a charge of simple assault, and placed in the Butler County Prison on $2,500 bail.5:41 p.m. Saturday — Shane Baker-Whipkey, 30, no known address, is accused of assaulting his girlfriend, 24-year-old Danialle Digiacomo of Butler, during a domestic dispute at a North Main Street home. Baker-Whipkey was arraigned on a charge of simple assault, and placed in the Butler County Prison on $2,500 bail.Wednesday — A Sony amplifier and Pyle subwoofer were stolen from a vehicle at a Sherman Avenue home. The stolen property is valued at $150.5:57 p.m. Jan. 8 — Brandie D. Blystone, 19, of Chicora and Angela Schlagel, 33, of Butler were caught allegedly shoplifting $617.41 in merchandise from the Kmart store in Pullman Square. Both women are charged with retail theft.

Monday — Police charged Sarah Deal, 24, of Butler with felony theft and receiving stolen property, stemming from the theft of jewelry Dec. 20 at Old Plank Estates.Monday — Police charged Shannon L. Larimore, 28, of Butler on charges connected to a bogus check for $188.03 she passed July 31 at Mary's Cake and Candy in the Bon Aire Plaza.Larimore is charged with bad checks, theft by deception and receiving stolen property.2:27 p.m. Sunday — Ginger Kendrick, 22, of Butler was arrested after she allegedly assaulted her father, his wife and the suspect's sister during a domestic dispute at the alleged victims' family home on Mercer Road.Kendrick was arraigned on a charges of simple assault and three counts of harassment, and placed in the Butler County Prison on $10,000 bail.

9:24 p.m. Saturday — Michael Klein, 22, was arrested on charges of possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia after officers were called to his South Broad Street apartment for a noise complaint.

2:50 a.m. Sunday — Kenneth Gravatt, 43, of Clark Mills, Mercer County, was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence in the Smardt Equipment parking lot on Route 422 in Prospect.2:30 a.m. Friday — Six youths were cited for underage drinking after police responded to a noise complaint on Noah Lane in Center Township.

1:03 p.m. Sunday — Kim Patsy, 56, of East Brady was hurt when the car she was driving crashed into an embankment on Route 68 in East Brady Township. Patsy, who was not wearing a seat belt, suffered a minor injury.

6:55 p.m. Monday — Two people were hurt when a PennDOT snow plow truck and car collided on Route 173 near Yankee School Road in Sandy Lake Township.Ashley C. Surrena, 19, who was driving the car, and her passenger, Cody W. Hovis, 25, both of Sandy Lake, suffered minor injuries; both were wearing seat belts. Ronald J. McCandless, 46, of Hartstown, Crawford County, was driving the snow plow.</B>
