3:20 p.m. Saturday — Jamie John, 31, of Butler was arrested on a warrant after she was found in a car that police stopped at East Jefferson and North Elm streets.John, a passenger in the car, gave officers a false name. However, police later learned her true identify, which showed the Butler County Sheriff's office wanted her on a warrant.She was placed in the Butler County Prison on the warrant. She also is charged with false identification to law enforcement authorities.8:51 a.m. Friday — A large truck driven by Wesley Frank, 47, of Butler struck a light pole on Bell Drive. The pole was dragged about 100 feet.

5:40 p.m. Saturday — One person was hurt in a rear-end collision at Route 356 and Winfield Road in Winfield Township. The crash happened when a car driven by Zachary J. Hughes, 25, of Butler struck the back of a car driven by James D. Woodrow, 54, of Sarver.A passenger in Woodrow's car, Kimberly Woodrow, 53, of Sarver, suffered minor injuries. Hughes was cited for driving at an unsafe speed.4 p.m. Friday — Tractor trucks driven by Carl S. Mick, 63, of West Middlesex, Mercer County, and Matthew P. Welch, 50, of Polk, Venango County, collided on Route 228 at the Interstate 79 on-ramp in Cranberry Township. Mick was cited for following too closely to another vehicle.5:05 a.m. Thursday — Pamela A. Kirschner, 44, of Renfrew was hurt when the car she was driving crashed and rolled over on snow-covered Rader School Road near Nursery Road in Forward Township. The car landed on its roof in a creek.Kirschner, who was wearing a seat belt, suffered a minor neck injury that apparent apparently did not require hospital treatment. She was cited for driving at an unsafe speed, driving without an inspection sticker and driving with bald tires.7:44 p.m. Wednesday — A car driven by Rose M. Bratschie, 24, of Harrisville slid on ice and struck and sheared off a utility pole on Route 58 and Oak Drive in Harrisville.Wednesday — Christopher Cubbage, 26, of Butler was arrested for allegedly violating a 21-year-old woman's protection from abuse order in Eau Claire.7 p.m. Tuesday — A 39-year-old man is accused of shooting an 11-year-old boy with a BB gun at a Sunset Drive home in Connoquenessing. The boy suffered a small, red mark to his wrist. Police said the man, who they did not identify, faces a charge of simple assault.Nov. 29 — An AK-47 rifle was stolen from a home on Overlook Drive in Slippery Rock Township.

9:05 a.m. Sunday — A Butler County woman was cited after the sport utility vehicle she was driving crashed into a cement barrier on Route 28 near North Main Street in Sharpsburg, Allegheny County. Jennifer L. Bell, 27, of West Sunbury faces a ticket for driving with faulty tires.12:31 a.m. Saturday — Jennifer Steiner, 26, of Cowansville was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Route 28 in Buffalo Township, Butler County.

10:15 a.m. Sunday — A pickup truck by Luke A. Yarian, 46, of Volant crashed into a guardrail on snow-covered Leesburg Station Road near Route 208 in Springfield Township. Tammie C. Kenny, 46, of Volant, a passenger, suffered a minor injury. Yarian was cited for driving at an unsafe speed.7:21 p.m. Saturday — Four teenagers were hurt, one seriously, when a sport utility vehicle hit an ice patch, struck a ditch and rolled over into a tree on Route 62 in Sandy Lake Township. Alissa Zuck, 19, of Tionesta, the driver, suffered moderate injuries.One of three passengers, Amanda Carter, 19, of Titusville, suffered major injuries. The other passengers, Austin Westcoat, 15, and Laurel Zuck, 15, both of Titusville, had minor injuries. All those injured, none of whom were wearing seat belts, were taken to UPMC-Greenville.6:23 a.m. Saturday — Robert S. Goyak, 61, of Slippery Rock was hurt when a sport utility vehicle struck the pickup truck he was driving at District Road and Route 19 in Fairview Township. Goyak was taken to UPMC-Greenville with minor injuries. Steven Aurandt, 56, of Mercer, the pickup driver, was cited for driving too fast for conditions. on the ice- and snow-covered road.6:55 p.m. Friday — An SUV driven by Chad A. Bruner, 20, of Slippery Rock crashed and rolled onto its roof on George Junior Road near Hawthorne Lane in Grove City. Bruner was cited for driving at an unsafe speed.

6:10 p.m. Thursday — A car driven by Gerald Mote, 55, of Pittsburgh struck a steer on Route 422 near Old Route 422 in Slippery Rock Township, Lawrence County.
