4:33 p.m. Monday — Terrance D. McClimans, 46, of Butler was charged with criminal trespass and public drunkenness after he was allegedly found knocking on the doors of random residents at Cliffside Apartments after police had already removed him from the building once.
4:16 p.m. Thursday — John Tirk, 34, of Butler was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after he allegedly overdosed by ingesting a Fentanyl patch. Tirk was revived and treated at Butler Memorial Hospital.12:57 a.m. Wednesday Basil A. Luchkiw, 28, of Butler was charged with DUI, driving during suspension DUI, speeding and reckless driving after he was allegedly spotted driving erratically and speeding by police along New Castle Road. Luchkiw allegedly fled the vehicle after it was pulled over near Eat ‘N' Park and was found hiding behind a Dumpster at KFC.
12:06 a.m. Friday — Dann K. Mathison, 46, of Saxonburg was charged with simple assault and harassment following a domestic dispute at a residence in Saxony Estates along Driftwood Drive in Jefferson Township.5:17 p.m. Thursday — A pickup truck driven by Charles Felder, 62, of Punxsutawney and a car driven by Kevin Fox, 45, of Rossiter, Indiana County, collided at the intersection of Route 422 and Keck Road in Summit Township. Fox suffered moderate injuries and was taken by ambulance to Butler Memorial Hospital.4:50 p.m. Thursday — A pickup truck driven by Gregory D. Gray, 50, of Kittanning and a car driven by Linda McCollough, 50, of Fenelton collided along Route 422 in Clearfield Township. Gray and McCollough both suffered moderate injuries and were taken by ambulance to Butler Memorial Hospital. Gray later was flown by medical helicopter to Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. A 14-year-old boy in McCollough's car was not injured.2 p.m. Thursday — James W. Lash, 40, of Slippery Rock was charged with driving on roadways laned for traffic, driving at unsafe speed, failure to notify police of an accident, accidents involving damage to unattended property and abandonment of vehicle following a one-vehicle crash on Interstate 79 near Sawyer Road in Lancaster Township. Lash allegedly fled the scene after his SUV crashed into a guard rail and an embankment. Lash was not injured.Thursday — An SUV driven by Karen Texter, 50, of Petrolia struck a deer at the intersection of Route 38 and Spillway Lane in Oakland Township. Texter was not injured.
