July 22, 2000 - October 31, 2002.

Dylan, its been eight years since you passed away, but I still remember it like it was yesterday.

They say there's a time when we all have to go,

But you were only two, I don't think so.

God just wanted to take you, it's hard to believe, instead of you, why couldn't he just take me.

Things I question, answers I'll never find,

I wish we could go back, just rewind.

Take away all my pain and my tears,

Then reality would just be nightmares.

But I know you're smiling down from a better place,

Cause I can still hear your laugh and see your face.

And when my time comes and God takes me away,

There forever in heaven with you is where I'll stay.
