10:21 a.m. Thursday — A car driven by Richard L. Gergich, 69, of Butler and a car driven by Patrick R. Winterhalter, 24, of Harmony collided along South Main Street. Gergich suffered a minor injury.

12:58 a.m. Friday — A vehicle driven by Constantine Lihas, 25, of Turtle Creek crashed into a guard rail along Route 8. Lihas was not inured.11:18 a.m. Friday — A car driven by Marjorie Doriani-Griffin, 87, of Prospect and an SUV driven by Nancy Gicewicz, 56, of Derby, N.Y., collided on Route 422 near Greenwood Drive. The impact of the crash forced Gicewicz's vehicle into an impact attenuator that was being installed, forcing the construction worker inside the attenuator to jump out. The worker, Zachary John, 20, of Greenville, and Doriani-Griffin were taken by ambulance to Butler Memorial Hospital for treatment of unknown injuries.7:22 p.m. Thursday — A vehicle driven by Susan Broman, 58, of Butler crashed into an embankment and rolled onto its side along Crisswell Road. Broman suffered a minor injury and was cited for driving at unsafe speed.10:07 p.m. Wednesday — Edyth Coyle, 56, of Butler was charged with public drunkenness, harassment and disorderly conduct after she allegedly ran outside her house and created a disturbance while police were investigating a domestic incident there.

1:55 a.m. Saturday — Bradley Michael Troutman, 23, of Butler was charged with DUI following a traffic stop along Herman Road near North Osche Road in Summit Township.7:18 p.m. Thursday — An unidentified man and woman opened an unattended cash register at Boscov's Department Store in Clearview Mall, center Township, stealing $758.98 in cash and $156.01 in personal checks.5:35 p.m. Thursday — Richard J. Nolan Jr., 42, of Butler was charged with burglary and a PFA violation after he allegedly forced his way into the Grant Avenue, East Butler residence of Bobbie Sue Covert, 42, and grabbed her by the throat.Wednesday — Charles W. Biedenbach, 43, of Butler was charged with theft after he allegedly stole a jacket belonging to Leslie A. McKain of Butler at the Eat 'N' Park in Center Township.Monday — Someone broke into the residence at 149 Stevenson Road in Connoquenessing Township and stole a Firestorm drill and Bosch hammer drill and damaged interior walls and lights and started a fire on the kitchen counter, before fleeing the scene.

6:10 p.m. Wednesday — A car driven by Michael Stevenson, 21, no address given, and a dump truck driven by Douglas Weber, 36, no address given, collided at the intersection of Patterson School and East Gilmore roads in Wolf Creek Township. Stevenson, who was not wearing a seat belt, suffered severe injuries and was taken to a Pittsburgh hospital. Stevenson's passenger Robert Eakman Jr., 40, no address given, suffered moderate injuries. Weber was not injured.1:50 a.m. Wednesday — A car driven by Angela N. Ross, 60, of Cranberry Township struck a deer along Interstate 79 in Springfield Township. Ross was not injured.Oct. 17 — Suzie Jo Flinspach, 38, of Sandy Lake was charged with theft by deception after she allegedly crated a fuel card account and credited customer purchases to the card while employed at the County Market Grocery Store, then she used the card to buy discounted gasoline.
