Paul and Karen Rader

Paul and Karen Rader of Harmony celebrated 50 years of marriage. Their children hosted a reception after church, followed by a family dinner.

Rader married the former Karen Downing on Oct. 22, 1960, at Wurtemburg Methodist Church in Ellwood City.

They have three children, Paul Rader Jr. of Sewickley, John Rader of Zelienople and James Rader of Harmony. Another child, Laurie Rader, is deceased.

They also have seven grandchildren.

Rader is the owner of J.J. Kennedy Concrete Company.

Mrs. Rader is a homemaker.

The Raders belong to Zion Lutheran Church in Harmony.
