Wednesday — Items worth $350 were stolen from an unlocked car at a home in the 200 block of West Brady Street. Taken was an iPod, clothing and numerous compact discs in a CD holder.Butler Township Police7:24 a.m. Sept. 15 — A minivan driven by Sharon Stone, 46, and a car driven by a 16-year-old girl, both of Butler, collided at Blue Grass and White Oak drives. The girl, who police did not identify, complained of back pain after the accident.
5:20 p.m. Tuesday — Randi L. Caldwell, 28, of Parker was hurt when the car she was driving struck an embankment and rolled over, landing on its roof on Bruin Road near Snake Road in Parker Township. Caldwell, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken to Clarion Hospital with moderate injuries.Sunday — Joseph Paul, 33, of Slippery Rock was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Route 19 in Muddy Creek Township.Friday — Donald Grossman, 26, of Slippery Rock was arrested for suspicion of DUI on Route 38 in Center Township.9:15 p.m. Sept. 16 — Someone driving a small, light-colored car stole three aluminum truck wheels at a Chicora Road home in Donegal Township. The wheels, 24.5 inches in diameter, are valued at $150.
1:30 a.m. Wednesday — Albert P. Lovejoy, 42, of Seneca was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Route 58 near Irishtown Road in Pine Township. He also faces charges of driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving and a motorcycle license permit violation.Sept. 5 — An unknown thief made off with a $13,000 Harley Davidson motorcycle that was in the front yard of a Mercer Road home in Sandy Lake Township. The 1999 model Softail Custom cycle is green with skull painted on the gas tank.The motorcycle, fitted with hard saddle bags and the Pennsylvania license plate TXY78, was taken between 11 p.m. Sept. 4 and 8 a.m. Sept 5.
