Virginia Cammisa

Virginia Cammisa of Butler celebrated her 95th birthday with a family dinner.

The former Virginia Corcetti was born Sept. 12, 1915, in Hoovers-ville, Pa.

She married Hector Cammisa on Aug. 30, 1934. He is deceased.

She has two children, Vincent Cammisa and Mary Lu Steighner.

She also has six grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Cammisa is a former tailor and seamstress. She served as a volunteer for 18 years at Butler Memorial Hospital and for 40 years at Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

A member of St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church in Butler, she is a member of the church's 55 and Alive club and a member of the Knights of Columbus Auxiliary.
