The Glenns in 1950

Clair and Wilda Glenn of Butler celebrated 60 years of marriage with a family reunion in Richmond, Va.

Glenn married the former Wilda Reed on Aug. 12, 1950, at the bride's home in Kittanning.

They have two children, Mary Glenn Woodburn of Richmond, Va., and William Glenn of Delphi, Ind.

They also have nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Glenn retired after 40 years of teaching in the Butler School District. He is a World War II veteran of the U.S. Army and U.S. Army Air Corps.Mrs. Glenn served in the U.S. Navy Nurse Corps during World War II.The Glenns belong to the First Baptist Church of Butler.
