Hohn 60th anniversary
Herman and Vera Hohn of Cabot celebrated 60 years of marriage with a family picnic.
Hohn married the former Vera Jane Crummy on July 24, 1950, at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Cabot.
They have three children, Gordon Hohn of Valencia, Eva Hohn of Cabot and Donald Hohn of Linden, N.C.
They also have two grandchildren.
Hohn is retired from the sintering plant of U.S. Steel in Saxonburg, where he worked for 30 years. He is a member of the Knights of Columbus. He enjoys fishing and hunting with his basset hound and working crossword puzzles.Mrs. Hohn is a homemaker. She worked at Concordia for 13 years. She is a member of the Christian Mothers and enjoys cooking, baking and working jigsaw puzzles.The couple worked at the Butler Auto Auction for eight years.The Hohns belong to St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Cabot.
