Ufner 60th anniversary
Mitchell and Joan Ufner of Butler celebrated 60 years of marriage with an anniversary party with family and friends. They also received a blessing July 11 at St. Paul Roman Catholic Church.
Ufner married the former Joan Grigoletti on July 13, 1950, at St. Paul Roman Catholic Church in Butler.
They have four children, Michelle Ufner of Afghanistan, Richard Ufner of Valencia, Jo Ellen Ufner of Lakewood, Colo., and Julie Ufner of Alexandria, Va.
Ufner is the former owner of Delco Quality Foods and Little Luigi's Pizza. He is also a former Butler City councilman. He is a member of the Rotary and the Associated Artists of Butler County. He also participates in the YMCA seniors competition swimming and sings in his church choir.
Mrs. Ufner is a homemaker. She is a member of the YMCA.
The Ufners attend St. Paul Roman Catholic Church.
