Rumbaugh 50th anniversary
Robert Willis and Dolly May Rumbaugh of Chicora celebrated 50 years of marriage with a private dinner at the Garden Gate Restaurant hosted by their son and daughter-in-law Robert Dale and Carol Reed Rumbaugh.
Rumbaugh married the former Dolly May McDaniel on June 27, 1960, at St. Matthew's Episcopal Church in Wheeling, W.Va.
They have one child, Robert Rumbaugh of Chicora. They also have three grandchildren.
Rumbaugh is employed by Swank Associated Companies. He is a member of the Chicora Volunteer Fire Department. An avid hunter, he is a member of the Happy Hunters Club. He also drives a wrecker for Rumbaugh Towing. He served eight years in the Pennsylvania National Guard as a Specialist 4.
Mrs. Rumbaugh worked for Peoples Telephone Company of Butler. She is a professional photographer and loves her job as a homemaker.
The Rumbaughs are members of Christian Missionary Alliance Church of Chicora.
