Matt Bartley smacked a home run and Allan Eaton singled, scored two runs and drove in one as the A-C Valley baseball team defeated visiting Port Allegany 7-5 Tuesday in the first round of the District 9 Class A playoffs.

The Falcons will play at Clarion in a quarterfinal showdown at 4:30 p.m. Thursday.
