2:21 p.m. Saturday — A pickup truck driven by Christopher W. Schmidt, 32, of Butler and a car driven by Jeffrey C. Locke, 38, of Valencia collided at West North Street and Wagner Avenue. Police said Schmidt was cited for driving with a suspended license.4:25 p.m. Friday — Sarah D. Anthony, 23, of Butler, evicted last week from her apartment on West Cunningham Street, is accused of returning there without the landlord's permission.Anthony, who told police she went back to pick up her belongings, is charged with misdemeanor defiant trespass. Four other people were with Anthony when she returned to her former apartment building. Police filed summary charges of defiant trespass against those four suspects: Crystal Eckenrode, 21, of Butler; Jason M. Redenbach, 27, of Center Township; John R. Robbins, 20, of Butler; and Daniel L. Wolfe, 24, of Petrolia.

1:19 a.m. Saturday — Dustin Staab, 23, of Harrisville was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after his pickup struck the side mirror of another pickup before hitting a guardrail and rolling onto its roof on Route 108 near Interstate 79 in Worth Township. Staab, who was wearing a seat belt, suffered a minor injury. Martin Krill, 54, of Slippery Rock was driving the other pickup.12:40 a.m. Saturday — Shawn Heller, 21, of Hilliards was arrested for suspicion of DUI on Wolford Road in Cherry Township.Saturday — Police arrested Joshua Frey, 22, of Karns City on charges he broke into three vehicles in the Indspec parking lot in Petrolia about 1:25 a.m. Thursday. Frey allegedly took $45 in change and a pair of safety glasses from the vehicles.The defendant was arraigned on charges of theft, receiving stolen property and theft from a vehicle, and placed in the Butler County Prison on $5,000 bail.Saturday — Police filed drugged driving charges against Alicia M. Gregg, 24, of Butler stemming from a traffic stop at 7:20 p.m. May 6 on Herman Road in Summit Township.Toxicology tests showed morphine and prescription depressants in Gregg's blood system, a police report said. She faces driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving with a suspended license and other charges.A passenger in Gregg's car, William Ringler, 38, of Butler, was arrested on a bench warrant and placed in the Butler County Prison.8 p.m. Friday — Keith Imhof, 55, of Butler is accused of following a 37-year-old woman as she walked around a cornfield and into a wooded area on Jan Drive in Center Township. Police said Imhof is charged with stalking.

8:20 p.m. Saturday — A pickup driven by Brian Arendosh, 46, of Chicora crashed into a mailbox along Route 208 near Monte Carlo Road in Elk Township. Police said Arendosh, who did not stop after the accident, faces tickets for numerous traffic violations including driving at an unsafe speed.3:05 a.m. Saturday — Two people were hurt when cars driven by Karen A. McClain, 26, of East Butler and Avidipto Biswas, 26, of Cleveland collided on Interstate 80 in Richland Township.McClain was flown by medical helicopter to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh with unknown injuries. Biswas was taken by ambulance to UPMC Northwest Hospital in Seneca, Venango County, with unknown injuries.Both drivers were wearing seat belts. Police said McClain was cited for careless driving.

2:55 p.m. Friday — Cars driven by Michael Ricciardella, 62, of Butler and Cynthia L. Scott, 53, of Kennerdell collided at Indian Rocks and Rockdale roads in Scrubgrass Township. Police said Scott was cited for driving without a license.

9:10 p.m. Wednesday — Brandon Weber, 22, of Ford City was arrested on drug trafficking charges after he was caught with 136 stamp bags of suspected heroin in a car on Route 128 near Exit 18 in South Buffalo Township.Weber was arraigned on charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance, and placed in the Armstrong County Jail on $50,000 bail.
