4 a.m. Friday — An unknown vehicle struck a car owned by Michael Vero of Butler while it was legally parked on East Patterson Avenue.
Thursday — An AR-15 semiautomatic rifle, valued at $869, was stolen from the residence of Cory Gilmore on Route 208 in Pine Township between 6 p.m. May 14 and noon May 20.Wednesday — A sign in the parking lot at Renewed Hope Behavioral Health on Woodland Center Drive in Pine Township was damaged overnight.Wednesday — Gene King II reported his mailbox on Stoneboro Road in Wolf Creek Township was damaged overnight.7 p.m. Tuesday — Three black men stole several hats worth $280 from the Lids Store at Prime Outlets of Grove City.
1:15 p.m. Friday — Dustin Alan Mosse, 19, of Sarver faces a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia after police pulled him over while he was riding a bicycle on Route 28 in South Buffalo Township. Police say they found a glass pipe with marijuana residue in his possession.11 a.m. Friday — Police caught a 16-year-old who earlier that morning fled from George Junior Republic employees who were moving the youth. The teen, who was at the Armstrong County Courthouse facing numerous felony charges, escaped through a bathroom window.
10 a.m. Wednesday — Todd Richard Johnson, age unavailable, of Fredonia, Mercer County, was charged with receiving stolen property after allegedly trying to sell steel beams stolen from Cory Riddle of Irwin Township to Slippery Rock Salvage.
