Olive Cratty

Olive Cratty of Autumn Grove Care Center in Harrisville, formerly of Franklin Township, celebrated her 104th birthday.

She was born May 16, 1906, in Franklin Township. She married the late Floyd Cratty on Jan. 22, 1935.

She has two children, Lee Cratty and Clair Cratty, both of Butler.

She also has five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Cratty lived in Franklin Township all her life and helped on her husband's and son's farm. She picked strawberries and potatoes and graded them for Giant Eagle until age 96.

She also made quilts to sell and give to family members.

She is a member of First Baptist Church in Butler.
