Those we once held in our arms, we hold in our hearts forever.

So many birthdays lost,

So many years have gone,

Dad is with you now,

And we have to go on.

We take the memories always with us,

Each step along the way and try our best to keep them,

Inside our hearts to stay.

But no blueberry pie,

No presents to give,

No laughter to share

As long as we live.

Just past days to love and past times to know,

They grace our future with memory's glow.

We'd wish to spend this day with you,

If only we could,

We hope to some day when our circle again in unbroken - for good.
