Tuesday — A green, girl's mountain bike was found near the fence of the high school football field where it reportedly had been for about three months. The owner can claim the bike at the Grove City police station at 337 E. Pine St.Monday — Police are investigating three burglaries, two at homes in the 100 block of Grant Street and another at a business on Opre Avenue.In one of the residential burglaries, an unspecified amount of prescription medication was stolen between April 28 and Monday. In the other residential break-in overnight Monday, walls were damaged but nothing was reported taken.The burglary at The Hair Emporium at 320 Opre Ave. happened between 3:10 p.m. Saturday and 8:45 a.m. Monday. An undisclosed amount of money was stolen.11:21 p.m. April 24 — Gary Cearfoss, 49, of Grove City was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after he crashed on the bicycle he was riding on Blair Street. Cearfoss suffered a cut on his head and was taken to Grove City Medical Center for treatment. Cearfoss also was cited for riding a bike at night without a light.

3:45 p.m. Tuesday — Kelly L. Rieger, 27, of Butler is accused of shoplifting merchandise at the Boscov's store in Clearview Mall, Center Township. Reiger is charged with retail theft.7:30 a.m. April 29 — Three people were hurt in a three-vehicle crash at Dinnerbell and Frazier roads in Jefferson Township.The crash happened when a sport utility vehicle driven by Michael T. Raible, 17, of Butler collided head-on with a pickup truck driven by Richard A. Plutyk, 50, of Saxonburg. The collision spun both vehicles into a pickup driven by Kevin E. Wolfe, 35, of Fenelton that was stopped at a stop sign.Plutyk was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital with moderate injuries. Raible and Maura J. Hunter, 18, of Butler, a passenger in the SUV, also were taken to Butler Memorial with unknown injuries.Raible was cited for driving at an unsafe speed and a lane violation.
