The Seneca Valley softball team is getting used to working overtime.

Sara Mantick hit a three-run home run in the top of the eighth inning to lead the Raiders to a 6-4 win over Montour Friday.

It was the third straight extra-inning game for Seneca Valley (8-7), which played an eight-inning game April 24 and an 11-inning game Tuesday.

Emily Watson worked four innings of relief to get the win.

• Madison Rotto hit a grand slam home run and Taylor Massart also homered as Freeport routed Leechburg 13-1 in five innings.

Alyssa Meta got the win for the Yellowjackets (7-6), striking out five and walking two.

• Ashley Lominski hit a grand slam as Moniteau (7-4, 6-2) routed Keystone 14-0 in three innings.
