Nancy R. Rodgers
Nancy R. Rodgers, 58, of Cabot died Thursday at Suburban General Hospital after complications from treatments for lymphoma.
Born May 7, 1951, in Harrison Township, she was the daughter of William and Ruth (Powers) Powell.
She was a secretary for the South Butler County School District in the Intermediate Elementary School and formerly at the Clinton Elementary School for the past 19 years.
She was a longtime Sunday school teacher and deacon. She currently attended the Cabot United Methodist Church. She was a member the Gold Wing Riders Association, Chapter D. She enjoyed golfing, boating and spending time with her grandchildren.
Surviving are her husband, James E. Rodgers Sr., who she married on May 15, 1971; her mother, Ruth Powell of Cabot; two sons, James (Carrie) Rodgers Jr. of Worthington and Steve (Maureen) Rodgers of Sarver; her brother, Dick (Cathy) Powell of Harmony; her sister, Terri (Steve) Antoszyk of Butler, and three grandchildren, Wyatt, Abby and Makenna.
Preceding her in death was her father, William.

Rodgers, who died Thursday, March 18, 2010, will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the <B>Fox Funeral Home</B>, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg, PA.Services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with the Rev. Matthew Judd officiating.
