Donna Wolkan of Evans City was inducted March 26 into the Rho Phi Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa at Butler County Community College.Wolkan is the daughter of Dave and Linda Lawson of Zelienople and is married to William Wolkan of Evans City. Neil Winston Smith was elected to the Student Court at Hampden-Sydney College in Hampden-Sydney, Va.As a junior representative, he will serve for the 2010-11 academic year. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Bradley Smith of Slippery Rock.
