Mary E. Haley Booker
Mary E. Haley Booker, 62, of Butler died Tuesday at the VA Butler Healthcare.
She was born Feb. 17, 1948, in Butler, the daughter of M. Eileen Denny Haley and the late Bernard L. Haley.
Mary was a homemaker and mother and was a member of St. Paul Roman Catholic Church in Butler.
She was a veteran of the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.
She enjoyed music, movies and sports.
Surviving are her children, Haley and Michael Booker of Butler; her mother, Mrs. Eileen Haley of Butler; and five brothers and their wives, James and Joan Haley of Pinehurst, N.C., Lawrence J. and Therese Haley of Butler, Michael F. "Mick" Haley of Cincinnati, Ohio, John M. and Gail Haley of Gibsonia and Terrance L. and Deborah Haley of Butler. Several nieces and nephews also survive her.
One daughter and one brother preceded her in death.
<B>BOOKER </B>—<B> </B>Friends of Mary E. Haley Booker, who died Tuesday, March 9, 2010, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the <B>Geibel Funeral Home</B>, 201 E. Cunningham St., Butler. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Paul Roman Catholic Church. Burial will follow at the Calvary Cemetery.The St. Paul Guild and Christian Mothers will meet at 9:40 a.m. Friday at the church to recite the rosary.Information also is available at www.geibelfuneralhome.com.
