Cullen Hinderliter had a double, two triples and three RBI to key the Knoch baseball team to a 10-0 victory over Deer Lakes Monday at Pullman Park.

The Knights (3-2) scored four runs in the sixth inning and five more in the seventh to pull away.

Zane Boltz's two-run double in the sixth inning broke the game open.

Robert Zanella and Nathan Junk had two hits apiece and drove home three and two runs, respectively. Junk also tossed five shutout innings to earn the win.

• Kittanning plated three runs in the bottom of the seventh inning to edge Karns City 4-3. Brian Best had a single and a triple, and Zach Barney added a pair of singles for the Gremlins.

• A four-run fifth inning broke a 5-all tie and propelled Grove City to a 10-7 victory over Jefferson (Ohio).

Jeff Revesz and Kyle Blon each homered to power the Eagles.

• Butler (4-1) dropped its first game of the season, a 13-7 nonsection loss at Mount Lebanon.
