Ida R. Frazier Rogan

Ida R. Frazier Rogan of Lititz, Lancaster County, formerly of Portersville, died Monday in Lancaster.

She was born Dec. 21, 1928, in Muddy Creek Township, the daughter of the late Walter C. and Alice Miller Frazier.

She was a graduate of Muddy Creek High School and the New Castle School of Nursing.

She had worked many years as a registered nurse at the Jameson Hospital in New Castle.

Surviving are her husband Charles J. of Lititz, who she married April 12, 1951; a son, Charles J. of Christiana, Lancaster County; and two daughters, Karen Wetzel of Lititz and Amy Briner of Texas. She also is survived by three brothers, James of Butler, Ray of New Castle and John of Prospect; two sisters, Ruby Strange of Prospect and Darlene Seaburn of Florida; and five granddaughters.

She was preceded in death by two sisters, Helen and Beulah; and a brother Kenneth.

<B>ROGAN </B>— There will be no viewing, and services for Ida R. Frazier Rogan, who died Monday, March 1, 2010, will be private.
