9:25 p.m. Thursday — William Nemeth Jr., no age given, of Clintonville was charged with DUI following a traffic stop on Interstate 79 in Muddy Creek Township. Nemeth was allegedly driving 91 mph in a 65 mph zone.2:45 p.m. Thursday — Kimberly D. Amato, 19, of Clarion and Tonya M. Cherico, 20, of Sligo each were charged with retail theft after they allegedly tried to take two T-shirts from Boscov's in the Clearview Mall without paying.1:10 p.m. Thursday — A tractor-trailer driven by Brian K. Stalans, 37, of Kinsport, Tenn., rolled over on an S-curve along Route 268 in Parker Township. Stalans was treated at Clarion Hospital for minor injuries and was cited for accidents involving overturned vehicles. Route 268 was closed for several hours while the wreckage was cleared from the road.

7 a.m. Wednesday — Someone broke into a soda vending machine at the Worthington Civic Center in Worthington and stole cash and coins between 9 p.m. Tuesday and 7 a.m. Wednesday. Anyone with information should call police at 724-543-2011.
